Terms and Conditions ("Terms")
1. About the Service
a. This website is owned and operated by Top Designers (M) Sdn. Bhd. under the domain name www.topdesigners.com.my. Top Designers principal place of business is Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd,
Lot.17, Jalan 3A/2B, Desa Bakti Selayang 68100 Batu Caves, KL.
b. All use of poroducts and services offered on the Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd Website and any information or other content on the Top Designers is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
c. By using Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Returns
a. All returns must be sent back within 7 days of the invoice date. Refund payments will be in the same form as your payment.
b. Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received was damaged or wrongly supplied.
c. All return MUST be in the original packaging and in re-sellable folded condition, including loose pockets with polos, and cardboard accessories with business shirts.
Garments must not have been worn.
d. No refund will be issued on custom made garmentsif you changeyour mind.
3.Delivery
On receipt of your payment Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd will usually dispatch the goods within 1-3 working days. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame
we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option to changinfg or canceling your order. All orders are sent by courier and be tracked.
If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can organize a new order. If an attempt has been made to deliver your order and the delivery company
fails to hear back from the recipent, the goods will be returned to us and the receipent will be liable for any return fees incurred to Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd.
If you selected the click and collect option, you need to allow 1-3 working days from receipt of payment. We will contact you via email or text to notify you that your
order is ready for collection.
4. Payment
All price are in Malaysian Currency.
No goods will be delivered until we receive payment with your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard. You can also pay by bank deposit. There are no additional charges for using
creadit card or debit cards.
5. Warnings
Please ensure you read the warnings and care label on recepit of product. Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd cannot accept responsibility for damges if the warning and care labels instructions
are not followed.
6. Export
At this stage, we deliver to Malaysian addresses and for export are still in process.
7. Pricing
All price are in the Malaysian Currency.
Despite the seller's best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalogue, web site or stores may be incorrectly priced. If an item;s correct price is higher than the sellers stated
price, the seller may, at their sole discretion, either contact the buyer for instrutions before shipping or cancel the buyer's order and notify of such cancellation.
The seller does not process payments made through the web site, until time of dispatch. Should the cost of product increase from the manufacturer, cost of import , cost of exchange rate
fluctuation or cost change from importer, the seller may, at their sole discretion, either contact the buyer for instructions before shipping or cancel the buyer's order and notify of such
cancellation.
8. Privacy
Top Designers (M) Sdn Bhd has the highest respect for the buyers privacy and such the seller will not pass the buyers information on to any third party, unless the buyer has requested the seller
to do so, granted permission for the seller to do so or unless the seller is required to by law. This includes the buyers email address, purchase history, contact details, credit card details etc.
